Ready to reconnect with yourself?
30 days of simple mind, body and breath based tools to release tension and improve wellbeing.
If you’re a woman feeling the weight of carrying it all, who wants to be more present, grounded and less in your head, this is for you.
"And I said to my body, softly, 'I want to be your friend.' It took a long breath and replied, 'I have been waiting my whole life for this."

Permission to slow down
Women everywhere are feeling overstretched, anxious and unable to relax right now.
It stands to reason. These are unprecedented times and the pace is relentless.
Some of us haven’t even considered it’s possible to feel a bit more grounded.
Some of us feel bad to complain when there’s so much horror in the world.
Some of us know or even teach the tools that can calm the mind and soothe the body, but aren’t using them. Consistently. Or at all.
Sound familiar?
Maybe you wake up feeling stressed, spend the day in a state of mild panic that has somehow become normal, and then, unfulfilled,. overburdened, wonder why you snap at your children, partner or colleagues.
Of course the guilt then steals what little free time is available.
These exhausting cycles play out beneath awareness, repeating over and over until we realise we can actually influence them.
But that requires us to:
a) Know what to do differently.
And
b) Decide we’re worth the effort.
The body whispers… until it shouts
We’re constantly bombarded by information in 2026.
Did you know, in the 1980s the average person consumed about 15 GB of data a day.
By comparison, these days some of us are nearing 100 GB a day? (*quickly closes Instagram)
In addition, we’ve internalised disempowering ideas, like ‘my worth is tied to my productivity’ and ‘being a good woman requires me to constantly sacrifice my time and energy’.
Our caveman bodies are biologically wired to fight, flee or people-please when faced with a life threatening situation. They don’t know the difference between real and imagined danger.
However, these days, most of the threats we detect aren’t actually life threatening (for those of us with privilege), but they sure can feel like it.
Modern day tigers
Modern forms of stress can include:
Deadlines, public speaking, multi-tasking, raising children without a village, online trolling, relentless group chats, a billion notifications pinging, the thought of making a mistake or upsetting someone… I could go on.
All of it takes its toll on the nervous system.
On the body.
On the mind.
There’s another way…
Did you know, after we get activated and experence a fight or flight response, we’re wired to pause and shake off the tension to discharge all that stress, just like an animal does.
But owing to the often frantic pace of life, we never quite get to completely discharge the effects of the chemical cocktail that’s just shot through us.
We rarely seem to complete the stress cycle and let our body know it’s safe again.
And so stress accumulates in the body.
The mind loops and tells us stories that make meaning out of the intenese sensation, then we catastrophise, we doubt ourselves… and this affects our relationships, our health, our sleep and keeps us living a small life.
I’m offering a place where new healthy habits can be formed.
Where self-kindness and compassion are the norm. Where we learn it’s crucial to put outselves first… at least some of the time.
What’s on offer - 30 days of gentle nourishment and reconnection.
For 30 days you’ll be led through a SIMPLE 10 minute practice or exercise, designed to help you reconnect to your body, slow down, and gradually learn to respond more consciously.
Over the course of the journey we’ll:
Reconnect to the breath. The most simple practices are often the most effective. Especially with consistent use.
Discuss how the breath affects the body, energy levels and mental state.
Practice creating greater safety in the body, tools for grounding, interrupting the catastrophising and anchoring in a sense of calm.
Try out some somatic, body based tools for discharging stored stress. These can be a GAME CHANGER! You’ll be guided throughout.
Enjoy some gentle stretching, moving, playing and creating.
Consider different mental patterns, beliefs, boundaries and beyond, to step back into our power in new and exciting ways.
Sound like your cup of tea?
All of you is welcome
Throughout the journey will be opportunities to reconnect to your intuition as you experience moments of presence, and there will be times for gentle honest reflection.
Sometimes rage or grief emerges to be felt and released along the way.
All feelings are welcome here.
No judgment. No shame.
The aim is by the end of 30 days you’ll have found some practices you really love and want to continue using.
It'’s not about adding more pressure, doing them all, all the time, it’s about choosing the ones you like, that work for your lifestyle and challenges, and using them when they matter most.
It is my hope you’ll feel ‘more like yourself’ more grounded, less reactive, more calm, more clear about what you want and more hopeful about what’s to come.
I also hope we can have a bloody good laugh at times.
The format
Daily updates will be delivered on Telegram. This is an intimate, respectful container, locked down for your privacy. I have found this works really well for group work.
You’ll receive guided practices and coaching insights in audio format (no longer than 10 mins a pop).
You might want to do a bit extra when the moment strikes. The women so far have found themselves doing some conscious breathing as the kettle boils or doing a bit of tapping or some shoulder rolls to release tension as life goes on around them.
There will be some group calls via Zoom for those who want more connection, Q&As or a longer deeper guided meditation. (We can explore the best time for all. I’m in Vietnam!)
The chat is open for sharing, questions and anything else. Introverts - there’s no obligation to share or actively participate. You can just follow along
The exchange
The cost is £100 for the 30 day journey of nourishment and reconnection.
You get tons of value. Tools you’ll come back to again and again, the coaching, the support and the additional live calls.
At the end you’ll be able to download and keep the audio files to keep (but obviously the chat will be deleted for privacy reasons)
Payable before we begin. register your interest below and I’ll send you the links you need to join.
If cost is a barrier to this process please contact me directly so I can help make it possible.
Please also do feel free to send on to other women who might benefit.
I so hope you’ll join us!
